They had to order a tub for me, but Brad from the showroom opened it when it arrived and made sure the dimensions were as stated on the website. The installation kit was placed inside so it wouldn't get lost, and then he had it shipped to the Pocatello store to make pick up easier for me. Very happy about all they did to make my experience wonderful,...

Stopped in to the Idaho falls location (30 min from home) to find a by appointment only sign, I called the number to see if we could get an appointment and he said to just go through the supply store. The lady in the showroom came to the door, rolled her eyes and told us no one could help us today at all. They must not need anymore new...
