How can you say anything bad about a company that has a discount store in a town without an actual baking facility here and provide perfectly delicious bread and other baked goods. Stay away from the discounted Donuts! The prices will make you fat! I know last time I stopped by I bought a pack of old fashioned lemon and I ate 4 out of 6 before I got home, I live half mile away! But seriously though, $4 for a loaf of bread at your general shopping stores like Walmart for off brand bread when you can get a loaf of bread, bagels, hamburger, and hot dog buns for that same $4 if you catch the right special! Plus .99 cent Donuts! OH and for every $10 you spend they have a rack you can choose an extra item from! I grew up half in Portland and I loved touring the facility to see how the bread was made, they had windows you could look in and see machines stretching out dough, forming, cooking all live as the facility to run. I went to High School across the street and thrived on lunched from the factory discount store. So if your ever in Portland, stop and check out how my favorite bread company makes bread! The service is very knowledgeable from any employee that I’ve been greeted by. The store is always clean, and they make the best pies.
