I have shopped here many times over the years. They have slightly higher prices than most of their competitors, but they often have a better selection and harder to find items. Their customer service is usually decent, but I regret to say that my most recent encounter left me feeling less than pleased. I purchased a set of spurs and spur straps for my daughter as a birthday present. As I explained this at the checkout counter, the attendant said that she would put me in the computer system so if I needed to return or exchange them for a different size I wouldn’t need the receipt. Alas, they were too large. I went in to return the items in unused condition and was told that I could not be found in their system and without a receipt I was out of luck. I am a former employee at this store before I work there I used to be able to walk in there and get great customer service and now because I am a former employee I walk in there I don't even get a greeting from the sales associates I just get a look and then they turn and walk away. They do have a great selection of clothing, boots and also s horse tack and saddles and hats other than that I will be taking my business elsewhere and I will either take it to either cal ranch boot barn or I will drive clear down to Blackfoot to riverside boot and saddle. I will never spend my money in this establishment again! We have been coming to this store for a few years. Always have had great experiences until today. August 22nd around noon and first off there was no one to be found when we were ready to check out. No one greeted us or helped. Everyone was very rude which made for a disappointing experience. When the lady finally came to the cash register she was extremely rude (reddish curly hair.) She was completely inconvenienced by the fact there was a size small on a medium hanger so thank goodness I noticed and went back and swapped it.
