They are finally open for tours after almost 2 years of being closed because of COVID. It is a fascinating place to learn about the fishery and how they maintain it. You can watch them spawning and also sorting fish at different times of the season. The people there are very nice and helpful in answer...

All self touring, but pretty deserted otherwise and slightly boring since it was mostly empty raceways. Signs along the way help out but this could be more tourist friendly. We have been to other hatcheries in the US and this is middle...

They have a self-guided tour. You just follow the little yellow fish on the pavement. We enjoyed it! They had just released the adult fish so those tanks were empty, but we got to see the tiny baby fish in the nursery tanks.
