Would not recommend, and I would give 0 stars if I could. My sister was visiting from out of town when she began experiencing pain in her mouth and swelling in her cheek. We made her an appointment. She was “treated” by Donna, the NP. I used quotation marks around the word treated because she was not really treated. All Donna did was look in her mouth for a few seconds before telling her she had cellulitis. She prescribed Bactrim and Prednisone. Two days later, my sister’s condition worsened, so we made an emergency dental appointment. Turns out, she had an abscessed tooth and the bone was also infected. The dentist took care of the issue and prescribed different antibiotics. She was told that the Bactrim would not help and was instructed to discontinue the medications previously prescribed by Donna. She paid out of pocket, so not only was her visit with Donna a complete waste of time, but a waste of...

Highly do not recommend! Went to see Dr.Donna 2 days in a row for chest pains, fever, migraines chills etc... I do not have insurance so she didn’t even run any tests without even asking me if I wanted a payment plan. Just assuming I couldn’t pay. She brushed me off and sent me home. Next day even worse breathing couldn’t hardly breath at all! She once again kept brushing me off and saying I just had an anxiety attack. Literally had 2 tell two different nurses and the DR. 3 different times that it was not just anxiety that I literally could not breath! Went to kings gate the 3rd day turns out I have pneumonia in both of my lungs and high liver enzymes. Glad I went to Kingsgate Urgent Care when I did. They...

I recently visited UMC Family Medicine at Idalou Clinic, and I had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right from the start. My provider, Donna, was exceptionally kind and took the time to listen to all of my concerns, which I truly appreciated. The medical staff was equally wonderful, and I felt well cared for throughout my visit. They even called me back within 48 hours with the results of my blood work and x-ray, and had already called in the necessary medication.
