I am just done with rude customer service! I pulled up to the speaker to place my order. I began my order with a sausage, egg, & cheese burrito. Before I can say more , the young lady “is that all for you?” I say no and move on to my next item! A toaster combo with tots and a diet DP. Before I can tell her how I would like my toaster, she rushes me to the tots and drink! She kept interrupting me as I was trying to place my order with my preferred options. 99% of the time when you place an order , they don’t listen to you , they get the order wrong! Where has the customer service gone! If your workers are stopping people at the first item , then your ticket averages must suck! Upselling? What’s that ? Polite interaction with guest!
Stop rushing orders and listen and take care of the guest! Needless to say, I would like to say I will not be returning to this location, but let’s face the facts , this happens everywhere. No one cares and I can assure you that nothing will be done to correct...
Read moreI thought it was kind of weird that there were no people parked in the stalls. I also thought that it was weird that two employees were cleaning the screens and around the stalls. This time it's usually pretty busy, but not today. I pulled in a little after 615 and pushed the red button. Noticed a customer pull in a bit after I did. Look over and she's moving to another stall. Still the two female employees are cleaning, trying to avoid eye contact. I look over at the customer that had moved and she was pulling out. I look at my screen and noticed it was off, red button was off. I noticed employees through the window moving about.
Here's what really gets me about this location... Only once in a while do I get what I actually order. Be it a drink, shake or meal. But today just rubbed me the wrong way. If the store is going to be shut down for something, LET THE CUSTOMERS KNOW.

Read moreThis was the WORST experience with a Sonic ever. Ordered numerous burgers (on app which is self explanatory) and they were all done wrong. Called store following day to speak to manager to talk to cook (maybe was training) and find out who the GM was of this store since it was not a burger, it was 6. Could you imagine my surprise to find out that the GM, Oscar, was the one that cooked it?! Left my number for Oscar to call back and he chose not to. Apology was all that was sufficient. Didn't want my money back yet this store does not understand or comprehend customer service. I grew up in a small town and this GM can either make or break having a Sonic there. This store has been open since 2014 and with this store's leadership, how long will it stay open?!? Dairy Queen will get my business when I drive thru Idalou again.
