What an absolute gem and an AMAZING experience! Walked in not knowing what to expect while doing what we do best, road tripping, and immediately greeted by a great team of women eager to help and answer any questions! Offered samples before placing our order, shared their very own favorites and told us we wouldn’t be disappointed…they were 100% accurate on their assumptions!!! We tried the ribs, pulled pork, and chopped brisket and HEAVEN! Every bite was better than the last! The cream corn, I do not like cream corn, DELICIOUS!!! Not your average cream corn! The beans, Lordt help me, a perfect blend of spices in EVERY bite… The warm peach cobbler and the banana pudding were the perfect ending of our taste buds fantastic journey!!! We will be craving this flavor filled, best bbq sauce, bbq until we meet again in a few months! Did I mention the AMAZING staff♥️♥️♥️ We will be back again, and again, and again!

Great place to enjoy a meal. Right when you walk in your greeted kindly with friendly employees and a cozy interior. The line is very fast and the food is all displayed so you know what you’re getting. Brisket is juicy, Smokey, and tender! Everything you would hope for in a good brisket. The sides are just as good as the meat, you can tell they’re made fresh in house and that means everything to a good bbq plate. They give you sauces, pickles, and onions in to go containers they have prepped if you’re in a rush which is a life saver for me. If you live in our around Lubbock or crosbyton do yourself a favor and take the drive out here to experience some of the best barbecue...

We picked up some friends and drover over to Idalou for the sole purpose of trying this BBQ. We were not disappointed. The staff was friendly as soon as we walked in. They explained the menu to us as we told them it was our first time. There were four of us. Two of us had sliced brisket with beans and potato salad. One had pulled pork. The other had sausage. After we finished we all discussed that what we had was very good and worth a trip back. They also have cherry cobbler and we will be back to try that next time. They did a great job and we will be back. I would suggest it is worth your time to run out and try...
