We made reservations with the hostess with around 6pm. I was thankful that they do not have a dress code. Closest reservation opening was at 8:45pm. They texted a bit sooner at 7:50. Headed down to the restaurant and they gave our table away. Had to wait another 10 minutes. Service was good. Salad was not worth $15. I regret getting that. They took quite a while to bring the bread. The bread was warm and went nicely with the jalepeno butter. The lemon drop was tasty. The chicken and prawns had a delicous hollandaise sauce. My chicken was very difficult to cut through and even harder to chew. Thankfully the manager, Nicole, noticed (without me having to say a word) and kindly offered to have it remade or get another item. When they remade it, it was juicy, throughly cooked, but it had a bit too much char flavor for my taste that made the outside of the chicken taste burnt even though it wasn’t. For the sea and land entree, the filet mignon was perfectly cooked. The sauce was not my favorite but it was ok. I wish they offered maybe a Butter Bordeaux for it. The lobster had a creamy, sweet, buttery flavor. I wish I ate that first. When I got to it after the steak, it was cold. The cold didn’t ruin the flavor though. It was my favorite of everything ordered. For the sides, I mean “compliments,” I didn’t like the cream corn. It tasted like egg nog; the nutmeg threw off the flavor of everything else and I really can’t imagine an entree that it could compliment. The aspargus was cooked nicely. The jalepeno mashed potatoes were flavorful and a bit spicy. The key lime pie was small and basic. Not worth the price, but the strawberry short cake was definitely worth it. The strawberry shortcake was made with homemade biscuits, strawberries, and cream. The music was relaxing and gave Bridgerton vibes and the fresh flowers for the center piece was cute. Despite the things that went wrong, we’ll give them another try. Second night. Mussels were cleaned nicely and the butter sauce was creamy and flavorful. I requested for extra bread to dip in; it was that good. I’d order the steak again. It was good. Thank you Nicole for everything. Highly recommend and look forward to returning in the near future.

I have said it before, I hate giving bad reviews. First, the pros: We had great service, and the ambiance was very nice. Good wine list, and very good bartender/mixologist. Presentation and aesthetics were spot on. My filet was pretty good and tender. My Mac and Cheese and jalapeño potatoes were very good. The cons: My lobster was just about inedible. It may have tasted ok, but it was room temperature and so hard and rubbery I could not tell. (I know, I ordered lobster in the desert🙄.) As for the other entree, stuffed halibut, it was bland. Sauce and fish tasted the same, no differentiation whatsoever. We came in about 45 minutes before closing. My bad. But you absolutely can not charge $100 per person and serve lackluster! I would normally give an establishment a second chance, but not at these prices. There are some good reviews here, I hope that your experience is much better than mine.

The food was very good. Had the coconut shrimp for appetizers, wedge salad, scallops wrapped in bacon. My friend had the steak. Overall, it didn't look like a lot of food, but we walked out really full. The scallops were a little overdone but had a nice flavor. Really enjoyed the shrimp which were huge. The best part for me was the creme brulee. Service was awesome throughout the meal. Yes, it is pricey, but you don't leave hungry and is worth it. Dress code is casual. They have a full bar also. Very relaxing restaurant. Reservations are needed. Fills up fast. Enjoy

A huge disappointment! Went with daughter, son and baby. Our server Carol was great. We 3 had the $75.00 each Thanksgiving dinner [all 3 medium-rare] consisted of an Angus beef tenderloin marinated in bourbon with a glaze, and several other items. The first bite of my steak almost made me regurgitate... the texture was mush with a sic taste. I ate the rest of dinner and offered my steak to my son. I put it on his plate and he took a bite immediately spit it out. I figured since it was all dolled up fancy their steaks tasted the same as mine, and it was my taste buds out of wack. It wasn't. My daughter tried it and agreed something was definitely off 🙄 with my steak. I mentioned this FACT to Carol she advised it marinated long time and parts could be mush. Okay this mush was 3/4 of my steak. Carol offered me another steak. Kind but since we were finished with dinner, it made no since to have a stand alone steak by myself. I declined. On her own accord Carol sent manager over. She asked how was dinner and I showed her my mush steak and she offered to cook me another one. Again we were finished we have a baby with us who was a perfect angel throughout our dinner, why on earth do I need to start my meal again. No thanks I still had the awful taste lingering. What was the purpose of the manager coming over if she was not going to do anything helpful. She knew I declined a new steak already from Carol. To add insult to injury the coffee ☕ 😑 was the bottom of the pot. You know the kind that walks out the pot and jumps in a cup...old and bitter strong. The manager did not make it better. Our $300.00 tab reflected the manager of Seven Rivers did not care if my dinner was ruined she didn't deduct a penny for the bad steak. I am not surprised. Truly why would "manager" care about a customer? They were packed house at $75 bucks a head Seven Rivers đŸ€” could not let go of a twenty dollar bill in an attempt to right THEIR WRONG. What they did is scrounge up 2 cups of coffee ☕ from the bottom of a pot to make up for what my steak lacked. About right. Anybody but.....Seven Rivers at Sky Ute Casino has better minded people who don't squeeze the dollar like it is their last one. It is Thanksgiving for goodness sake. I won't recommend this place to anyone. It wasn't exactly what I'd call worthy of ever going back. Had they been decent and offered a monetary value for ruining my dinner.... Well nevermind 😕 they didn't, like I said, You hungry? Anybody but..... Seven Rivers Steaks at Sky...

We have eaten here several times over the past few years. My wife and I have had, at one time or another, pretty much the entire menu. Seems like the steaks have gotten a thinner cut over time. The last few steaks seem to be about 3/4 to 1 inch. Even the bone-in ribeye was cut too thin to really get a good flavor. The scallops have been one of our favorites. Tonight, however, their supplier did not deliver any today, and the dinner size was not available. The filet mignon was good, but not great. The stuffed halibut was somewhat disappointing. The halibut was a little tough around the edges and the stuffing-which was to be lobster and crab meat-was difficult to discern. Lots of sauce but not as much lobster/crab meat as I would have liked. Less sauce and allow the stuffing meats to be recognizable and enjoyed. The lobster tails are excellent.Baked potatoes were well cooked and very good. The creamed corn was, like the halibut sauce, a little heavy on sauce and light on corn. The nutmeg spice was a nice surprise. My wife cannot eat gluten so our choices for dessert were somewhat limited to crÚme brûlée or bananas foster. We chose the bananas and were not disappointed. It was very good.

The service was excellent. Chrissy was very attentive without being overbearing or a nuisance. High marks for her. Due to an employee not showing up, she was the lone server but handled the pressure with grace and professionalism. We have also had excellent service from Carol on previous visits.

All in all, I would give our experience today to be 7/10. We have had other dinners there that would have...
