I C Strikes / Cedar Lanes — Local services in Imlay City

We had entered the bowling alley during a tournament & as a league was starting. We had our two children and talked to a gentleman with a shorter haircut I did not get his name. We were told about a half hour to 40 minutes and to speak with him when we came back. We came back and I could not even get a word in with the next gentleman I talked to and was immediately told 45 MORE minutes. I told him we had already spoke with someone. Again we understand waiting and it was not like we weren’t willing to wait. The man was older, longer gray hair with purple lips. I have no other way to explain him. Regardless we won’t be coming back. He was incredibly rude from the start. My husband made a comment TO ME about going somewhere else and he stuck his nose in about his language & told us to go to the other place. I gave this place a five star because of the service. We decided to try out this bowling alley a few months ago for the first time and had an amazing bartender so we keep going back! His name is Justin. He works his butt off to serve all the customers. He is always smiling, has such a positive attitude even when he is crazy busy. He is always joking with all his customers, making sure they have a good experience and it always feels like such a comfortable atmosphere because of him. Not from the area, but my mom lives up here so we have been here a couple of times. The staff have always been really nice. They have some good tournaments, some we are really looking foward to. The one complaint is it's a little pricey . I will pay for tournaments here all day because it's a great price, but I wouldn't come here just to have fun and bowl. Then again I'm from bigger cities were we bowl for 2 hours for 10 bucks so I'm probably slightly bias. Either way this is the best alley in imlay/lapeer in my opinion.
