Its real sad because i live so close and i have to say this, im usually one to complain like ever but this was the worst by far ever taco bell. For starters my wife got a mexican pizza tasted no joke like it was made yesterday i spit the inly bite i had up. Next i had got the new crispy chicken empanada maybe half a scoop of chicken and didnt even get my spicy ranch, on top of that i got 2 5 layer burritos suppose to be grilld, well you guess it wasnt grilled and it seemed to me there was just beans in both. Mind you ive been craving twco bell havent had it in a while and this is what we get not to mention it was to me what looked like thrown into the bad the mexican pizza was all smashed all yhe food had im not kidding a drip of grease on every item we got as if i was ordering a bag of five guys fries, it was overall if i could honestly rate it and it sucks because i live 5 minutes from this location and i do believe everyone there should A get retrained or B fired. Like i said this is u like me to post these things im really easy going and never have i ever been picky but this was with no care in the world made by people who are careless and care less about the customers. I also will be calling corporate to make a complaint this was a sad excuse for taco bell and i have ate taco bell for 20+ years and this was the worst by far ive ever had in my entire life my wife agrees. Read moreStaff was friendly but service was painfully slow. At least the food was fresh when I finally did make it thru the drive thru line. I pulled into the line at 910pm Monday night and was right at the lobby entrance doors. Before the line even moved one car 20 minutes had gone by. I've never experienced such a slow moving (fast food, yeah right) drive thru in my life. Needless to say the wait was almost unbearable. But with an empty stomach and not many other choices available, I stuck it out. Once I paid for my food I looked at the receipt and the time was 953pm. So in total it took well over 45 minutes to get my food at a taco bell drive thru. Time i will never get back. I will not be returning to this location ever again, well at least for the drive thru anyway. I dont know if they were just short staffed or if they need to find a new shift manager but something was definitely not being run right. Like I mentioned early every one I interacted with was friendly and the food was decently fresh. I just never expected to spend that much time in fast food drive thru.
