Absolutely stunning community ! Gorgeous area, far removed from the hustle and bustle that has now engulfed Naples proper. Del Webb Naples allows you to truly be in paradise. The home lots all have stunning views of the golf course or nature preserves . The prestineness of the environment surrounding Ave Maria will always be preseserved, unlike community being built on top of community in Naples proper, and traffic jams at all times of the day, all year long. Golf carts are the way you circumnavigate when you live here in Ave. The town of Ave Maria is relatively brand new, and the amenities the town has to offer make this community a diamond in the rough. For example, when the grandkids come to visit you can take them to the incredible water park right here in Ave Maria, or on an Orange Jeep nature tour, or out to dinner at several fantastic restaurants. The Oasis clubhouse at Del Webb Naples far exceeds any amenities that all of the other planned communities in Naples have to offer , and soon, the grand ballroom will be completed. Clubs galore to join, and residents who understand and practice friendship that equates to family. The Panther Run Golf Course is the best Southwest Florida has to offer. The Rusty Putter restaurant at Panther Run has fabulous views of the golf course, first class service, amazing sunsets, fantastic food & drinks, and it fosters an environment where residents go to relax and enjoy themselves with friends and family. What an amazing place and what an amazing group of people who assisted in making my visit to Del Webb Naples a wonderful experience. From the greeting which Cheryl extended to me to the incredible personal service which Holly I. provided I felt like I was a king. The Welcome Center is state-of-the art and has everything that a visitor there could ask for. This alone grabs one's attention and sets the entire visit. I have to say that I have never met a Sales Consultant quite like Holly I. She took the time, a very long time in my case, to drive me around, to show me models, both finished and unfinished, and she knew the exact details of everything that she showed and answered all of the many questions which I posed to her. She went out of her way to even guide other folks who were driving around and looking at the Community and answering their questions. I had very detailed information from her regarding the models in which I was interested, and she made herself available to me for any follow-up questions which might arise. I have already, several times, made use of that in order to clarify and to refresh my memory. I could not have been more impressed with any Organization as I was with my delightful visit to Del Webb Naples!...
