The Rusty Putter — Restaurant in Florida

How hard is to make a Ham & Cheese sandwich? Apparently it is for the Rusty Putter. Ordered a Ham & Cheese sandwich on the 9th hole. Picked it up on my way to the 10th hole. It was the most disgusting sandwich I have ever seen. The slimly ham and the gross cheese was throw on stale bread. Called to complain and was told to bring it in after I finished golfing. Really, why wouldn't you send someone out with a new sandwich? Brought it in after finishing golf. Spoke with the manger who could care less. He actually wanted to know if I wanted another sandwich. The food is very good at Rusty Putter but I was surprised to see an automatic 20 percent gratuity added to my lunch bill. I was only dining by myself. Together with the always high Florida dining tax - this inflates the overall bill unnecessarily. I didn’t see any notice posted that all bills get a 20 percent trip. I find that to be presumptuous on the part of the restaurant- as it doesn’t give me the chance to give the tip that I think is rightfully deserved. If the Rusty Putter needs the extra 5 percent (most people give 15 percent I believe) they should just raise the prices by 5 percent and allow everyone to give...

Thank you for a memorable evening, Last weekend, we celebrated our Mom’s 93th Birthday with a dinner party for 20 guests at the restaurant. Jacquy, the restaurant manager, Maria, our server in charge, and the whole staff were wonderful, friendly, attentive and took care of all issues. The room was perfectly decorated.
