What a fantastic purchase experience! The owner, Shaun, was incredibly helpful with suggestions and creative ideas but not high pressure in the least. He spent so much time on several occasions researching options for me and reaching out to the various Amish vendors. I was even looking at an option that would have been more expensive and Shaun recommended I not go that route because he didn’t think it would work out well. He was incredibly responsive to my endless questions and also kept me posted on order progress once my order was placed. Excellent customer service every step of the way. If you are shopping for patio table, you really need to stop and head down highway 21 to Phase 2 Patio LLC to check out the very large inventory that they have on display. There are more tables there on display than anywhere else we shopped and we went everywhere that we could think of. Nothing else compared to what Phase 2 had in stock.

Shaun was super nice and helpful in answering all our questions and did not ever display any pressure tactics at any time for us to make the purchase.

Once we purchased, we used the White Glove delivery service to deliver the table to our home. Shaun stayed in constant contact with us even on the day of delivery to make sure that everything went smoothly.
