R U N!! This place was recommended to me & it was the worst recommendation ever. Please spare yourselves the headache. Go where you are valued as a customer & your money.
I went to the location on March 16, 2020 and purchased a queen size mattress and boxspring set with Xavion. Today is January 8, 2021 and after countless texts, calls and visits to the location, I have YET to receive what I purchased. Itās disgusting that anyone would call themselves having a business and hold a customerās money and purchased items hostage.
On 3/16/2020, After 8pm, Leon delivered a black sided pillow top biscayne queen size mattress and black full size boxspring to me. Wrong. I called him to let him know he delivered the wrong sized box spring to which He blamed those at the location for this mishap. He said he could return in two hours with the correct boxspring. When he returned, he returned with a non-standard size ( it was a 7in high boxspring. 9in is standard), light color box spring, that did not match the black sided pillow top mattress at all. I took photos and immediately contacted the GM, Xavion. I requested a delivery fee refund considering both deliveries were wrong. As well as the correct item delivered. It took a month before he gave me a delivery refund via Cash app. I also had communication with Ryan, the owner After numerous attempts to contact Xavion and not getting this matter rectified. He made many excuses for Xavion and seemingly lacked understanding why this would be a concern for me as a customer. Xavion would go days without responding to me. He never updated me or followed up first. Never. I always had to call or text. Ryan said he would speak to Xavion and have him call me. Xavion never did call even to this day. When I texted Ryan letting him know Xavion never called, Ryan never replied to me. Leon, the 2x over wrong delivering delivery guy then called. He was rude! Leon is unprofessional, dismissive (too), lacks regards (too), doesnāt communicate (either), condescending & passive aggressive to say the least. Fast forward through numerous texts and calls... I went back up there on Monday, Dec 28, 2020. Leon said they were getting a truck on Friday and that he was setting my delivery on Monday, Jan 4 since he knew heād have it in. When I texted on Monday he said he was going to set my delivery tentatively on Wednesday. When I texted on Wednesday the 6th, He said the truck was coming ātomorrowā. I waited until after 5 PM on Thursday, January 7, 2021 and there had been no delivery or communication made to me by Leon. I called him and he told me that the truck will come in the ānext day or soā. He began telling me to be patient with no regards of the 10 months Iāve clearly been given the runaround. He went on to tell me that I didnāt need to call or follow up when he has a track record of not doing so at all. He started talking about how heās trying to get me the boxspring out and heās not charging me as if heās doing me a favor by not charging me! Wow. Then he said this isnāt their regular truck that theyāre waiting on....then he says once they get a driver. He kept repeating the same thing to me which is Equivalent to āIDGAD.ā He condescendingly said āJust be patient,ā calling me dear & did so rushing me off the phone, āOk, dear. Have a good day dearā I texted him saying:

Leon: Sounds good ! As soon as I get your box spring in Iāll get it out to you ! šš¾
Me: Just be professional honor your word. You told me to text you Monday! This text thread [is] of full of your āTomorrowsā and my follow ups because youāre not communicating updates to me. Iāve paid all of TEN months ago and youāre trying to patronize me with ābeing patientā and calling me ādearā. I am asking for what Iāve paid for and what I was promised only after almost 300 days ago. Itās ridiculous and itās unreal that youāre* nonchalant and passive aggressive.

Donāt do it. Poor business ethics & customer service. One star is FAR...

At 4:30 pm on the Friday it was supposed to be delivered we received a call from Leon stating the couch we asked for was the wrong couch. He didn't know what a 'Left-Arm Facing Chaise' was and tried to tell us that we ordered the wrong one or that Ashley sent them the incorrect one (in actuality he didn't want to admit he told us the wrong couch was being delivered). When I asked Leon how the business was going to compensate us for this issue, he said we had no other option but to wait another day for him to talk to his supervisor. Leon would not provide us with a supervisor, manager, or customer service phone number. The next day, after calling him three times, he informed us that the only compensation they were willing to provide us was a $50 gift card or cash for a $1,403 couch we purchased. Leon still won't allow us to contact his supervisor and we informed him that we wanted out money back (we paid $447 total down) and Leon said he would have to ask his supervisor if they were allowed to give us our money back or not. After calling him again that day, he was extremely rude, told us this wasn't his fault and by the time we would get our money back they could potentially have the right couch delivered (for an extra $75 delivery fee). Now, we are informed that we have to wait until Monday to see if we are allowed to receive our money back or not. This business is holding our money and DID NOT provide the product...
Ā Ā Ā Read more!ADVISORY! I wish I could give a better review but there were some major hiccups. Was given a specific price for a 3-piece sectional that we found out was not actually in store until after a payment was made. Conveniently for them, the couch then jumped $300 and we were not able to be accommodated. We still have the original receipt showing the lower price and its the only receipt given, so now we are dealing with a gross breach of contract. After that speed bump, speaking with Acima (horrible financing company they use) was absolute hell. They added another couple hundred to the total we were given in store. Literally could've paid cash without having to deal with this craziness..I honestly wouldn't recommend coming here unless you are buying straight out. Do NOT do the 90 day financing, it will NOT be the price advised in store. Overall, you might be better off going to the big chain furniture stores...
