KFC — Restaurant in Indianapolis

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS STORE! We preordered a family meal here and gave them sufficient time to make the order. When we got to the store there we expected to just pick up and go since there was no other customers inside the store and we had ordered and paid for our food 20 minutes before. I said I had an online order to the first employee I saw but I guess they did not hear me. After being ignored for several minutes what looked like a manager who was restocking instead of greeting me told someone in the back that I was in the front. I told them again that i had an online and they said they did not have anything for me. Did not ask my name or what my order was just that they did not have it. When I went to show them the email the "manager" who was stocking came up and rudely told me not to use doordash if i wanted my order done quickly. I told her i did not use doordash and I ordered directly from the KFC website and she told me we don't have anything for you, again without looking. After several more rude comments about ordering online she tried to start asking me what my order was so she could ring it up now. I had been there almost ten minutes dealing with them ignoring me and trying to tell me go go against the mayor's recommendations to order online, so i left. If they would had just not ignored me when i got there and figured out they did not have my order all this could have been avoided and I would have been walking out with fresh food. Instead, I went across the street to CHURCHES CHICKEN, paid less, got my food right away, and did not have to deal with a rude manager telling me to against state recommendations. Found my new favorite chicken place too. Churches...

We dont eat at kfc very often because we always have a bad experience. We ordered the 12 pc tenders meal which is clearly labeled $21.49 on the menu. We get to the window and she tells us our total is $29 and some change. We ask why and she tells us because of the sauce? It comes 12 tenders, 2 large sides, 4 biscuits and 6 dipping sauces? So she takes off whatever she added and our total with tax was $23. Little girl at the window was rude and threw attitude and of course wasnt wearing her name tag. Manager comes to the window and asks us to pull around because we are waiting on mac and cheese. No worries i love fresh mac! Why ask us to pull around for the mac and cheese if you were just gonna give it to us cold anyway? Tenders were old and floppy, mac and cheese was cold and so were the mashed potatoes. The only good things were the biscuits and they gave us extra bbq sauce. And this is why we dont go to fast food.. If i could rate less than 1 star i would .. You all want $15 an hour but are rude as hell and cant even get a simple order right....

My family & I are disappointed as all the ones close to our house; north Michigan Rd, near 106th St; south Michigan Rd, near 71st Street; & Georgetown Rd, near 56th Street, rarely have grilled chicken & hot wings. The last time I ordered grilled chicken from the KFC on Georgetown Rd, near 56th I was given the wrong order & didnt realize it until I was miles away! I recommend being clear with KFCs about what youre ordering, check before leaving the parking lot & always ask for utensils & napkins because too often its been my experience eating green beans, macaroni & cheese and mashed potatoes & gravy with my fingers & no napkins to wipe the food off but I'm given more fake butter & fake honey...
