I have used this company for many many years and had absolutely no problem until ownership changed over year ago so everything went downhill very quickly...., in the past when service was done ,technician left invoice with exact date and what was performed on my front door so I had to tear off sub and pay the invoice .... never had any problems with billing or quality of work.....new ownership changed everything...there is no invoice but some time later I get so called friendly reminder that I owe that much money ...that's it ...no job discription no date when job was done ... nothing ....I kept paying it no problem ,until the final invoice sometime in December what I strongly believe was for the work not performed... again ...no date...I have called to local office several times ,left several messages and talked to lady there several times requesting total work invoices with dates ..... never got anything in mail never got return calls ,nothing ... all I got was several so called friendly reminders again that I owe money and I don't think I do since I work from home and know pretty much who and when comes to work around my house..plus I have cameras...Latest message from them was threat to turn it to collection agency!!! LOL ....as I said I have cameras and I am not going to pay for work what was not done...maybe that is the reason they don't show the dates on the friendly reminders ..... I am not even going to talk about fact that my first treatment did not happen until about two months later than usual and that quality of work has dropped significantly...had to call back for return service because of weeds... So I cancelled any future appointments with them and if they want to fight I am up to it... it is not about couple of hundred bucks, it is the principle....ps ...I am glad to see few other disappointed customer...
   Read moreI would AVOID this company at all costs and I'll explain why. I have been a customer of Natural Lawn of America for the last 4 years. I was VERY, VERY pleased with their services. The prior owner would call me, come to our house personally, etc. With the change in ownership during the last year, the company has fallen apart. We received two services (April and May) and have not been serviced since, after new management told us we had to have a card on file for auto-payment or pay in full. Boy, am I glad we did not pay in full. No one has serviced our address for June or July. When I call to ask about it, I get a call center somewhere in India I'm assuming, with the same message "all of our associates are busy at this time, may I take a message?" Last Thursday, July 18th, I received a call from who I assume was the owner that simply stated as soon as I picked up the phone "someone will be out there first thing Friday" and hung up the phone. Well, to no one's surprise, the service never happened.
As soon as I can get a hold of someone at this scam of a company I will be cancelling my services. It's a real shame someone with this little regard to customer service took over what was once a great, reliable and affordable option.

   Read moreI used this company since 2015 with great results and customer care. They sold in the fall of 2023 to a new owner. Since then my yard has never looked as bad as it does now. I don’t know if it’s because they don’t know what they are doing or cutting back on the products they use. Then last Friday (July 12, 2024) I noticed a charge on my credit card from Natural Lawn for treating my yard for grubs. I called and told the person that I had not received this treatment and that they had not been out to service my yard. After three attempts I finally received a call back. The person calling stated he was the owner. He checked his records and stated his guy treated my yard starting at 12:20 and left at 12:42 on July 12, 2024. I informed him that none of my security cameras showed that he was here plus he would have had to let me know he was here so I could unlock the gate to allow him into the back yard. I told him he was welcome to come review the videos for that day if he wanted to. I asked him to credit my account and cancel me as a customer. As of today nothing has been credited. I’ve have disputed the account with the credit card company so I’ll wait and see how...
