We have been shopping a lot from your store , but for the first time we have been charged $11 extra by mistake. We came back 10 miles far , just to collect our $11.60 We called your shop a day before to discuss the issue, and you said that you ll look at the cctv and then you can take the money. Anyways, today we got the time from work and came to get the money, but again we got the same answer that you ll check camera first.
