Taco Bell — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I'm not sure why we continue to ever give this location a chance. Hoping one day someone takes the opportunity to fix the basic issues that plague this reataurant. When you order a Nacho Fry box and ask for tomatoes added to your 5 layer burrito and then even say hey I'll pay for that and even extra tomatoes to be added. Then ask for extra nacho cheese to be added to it. Receive a total additional charge of .90 cents and wait a total of 30 minutes...to receive a 5 layer burrito that has nothing but refried beans and NOTHING else in it, is ridiculous. No cheese, no second tortilla. nothing. just one tortilla with beans. you couldnt even pass it off as a bean burrito. Clearly shoved as much refried beans in it as they could go make it appear the same size as a 5 layer burrito. I couldn't help but laugh. I mean is it even worth the call to complain? The reviews for this location speaks for itself. I get having a little wait, missed items and short staffed on occasion. The blatent disregard for an item such as this happens all the time. Ordering online seems to brag at the idea of being able to customize your order but with this location do not deviate and always check to see if your basic item even contains the ingredients in which you expect. whether its a chipotle loaded grilled that comes out with no grilled chicken and nothing but sour cream and shredded chicken and no chipotle sauce or a basic soft taco supreme with nothing but lettuce and tomatoes with no meat cheese or sour cream. This blatent lack of customer service plagues this location. do yiur self a favor and travel a few miles down the road where you seem appreciated even if a minor mistake happens. Okay first of all I gave this three stars for a reason and it's best to understand the reason. If you go there during the day for the time it opens till 5:00 you will get extremely good service and there is a manager there named Morgan she does extremely well and she's very helpful. I have to be careful about getting raw onions on anything because i'm allergic to them she makes sure this does not happen. The food is prepared very professionally and they're very courteous. If you go there after 5:00 and I do not recommend going there after 5:00 the food is locked together the people don't care they're very rude and very unprofessional I ended up with onions and some of my food which I specifically said not to include and that I was allergic to them. The girl just kept screaming I got you I got you. It's a horribly ran operation I've been told this restaurant has 10 managers and that seems to be possibly part of the problem not enough Indians too many people in charge maybe I don't know but I will say this you don't want to go there at night and get any food are they shorted me on the order and no one ever said hey I'm sorry when I called the complaint nor did anybody offer to replace the the order. Again I would go to one of the other restaurants after 5:00 and if you're going there go before then. It's been a month since I've been here and I went to go to the drive-thru tonight at 1:20am, the lights on the inside of the building were on but the outside lights were all off including the main sign and the Drive-Thru which is very unwelcoming. It's really a shame that this is the only fast food restaurant we have open besides McDonald's in our town! This is the third time I've edited this review and the service and the food just has not improved here!

Well tonight...its been almost 3 weeks since my last visit to Taco Bell so I decided to give them a try. First thing we are instructed that there are no beans or nacho chips available they are out. We were given the worse looking chalupas ever they were falling apart from been so dry! Reminder as to why I will not be back!

This is the original post; I'm usually through Taco Bell 3rd Shift hours 80% of the time the lights aren't even on outside, lights aren't on the menu, and the main sign isn't on. Every time we come through there's a list of things that are not available beans, shells, and various meats have been unavailable. The service is horrible unless you're not getting one the managers to directly help you. One night last week when I came through every single light inside and out was off there was for five people standing around outside hanging out by the cars, but everything else look dead and it was only 2:00 AM the sign says they don't close till 4 a.m. so why can't we get any service...
