This is a friendly Burmese market in the Carson Square strip mall just in front of Roncalli High School. While it looks tiny from the outside, it is bigger than expected inside. There is a good selection of Asian instant coffees and teas, some unique produce items like winter melons and taro roots, a selection of Chin Burmese traditional clothing items, a pretty good variety of Asian cosmetics and cooking utensils.
The staff, while only speaking limited English, were very friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. The prices were pretty much on par with other Asian/Burmese supermarkets in Indianapolis.
There was a selection of seedling plants (Burmese red chilli plants, winter melon vines and so on). For an even more unique experience, you might try a few Burmese vegetables in your garden.
