Mexico City Grill — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I went for my son’s birthday dinner, I ordered a steak topped with shrimp, roasted veggies and rice. After 3 bites I asked the waitress to come and remove the food because of a weird taste and not even 2 minutes later I was running to the bathroom vomiting everywhere. I then informed the staff and sat down until my dinner party was done, during this time NOT ONE of the staff said anything to me even after they brung the ticket (my meal was removed). When I went to pay the lady still never address the situation. I called the next day and asked for a mgr once she got on the phone I explained the situation and she asked me why I was calling and what do I think she can do. She stated that she approached the “sick lady” and offered her to see their doctor so I then stated that I am the “sick lady” and not one time did anyone check on me or say anything PERIOD. Comes to find out Christina isn’t a mgr and offered for me to speak to their lawyer (which happened to be in their store) I then stated that there is no way that the lawyer Just happened to be there at the time I called and I need his number which she said he doesn’t have a direct line nor a email. Once I said I was gonna contact the media and board of health she admitted she wasn’t the mgr and that she looked at the video and didn’t see any bacteria on the food. I then told her while in college I was a mgr of a restaurant and anyone with common sense knows you can’t see bacteria unless under a microscope or tests are ran so don’t insult my intelligence. Only then did she give me the lawyers name and number. I was later that evening diagnosed with severe food poisoning. PLEASE...

Was chased out in the parking lot by our waitress for only leaving a $5.00 tip. I was over charged $9.00 on my bill was charged for two kids meals and only ordered one. Was brought the wrong fajita I ordered steak fajitas and they brought me steak chicken and shrimp fajitas. When I sent it back that just picked the shrimp and chicken out so I only ended up with half of my order. They still charged me for the more expensive fajitas. I also ordered two crunchy beef tacos they brought me soft tacos twenty minutes after everyone else’s order was delivered. So I’m sure she forgot to place my order so I sent them back and she had an attitude about it. So I finally got my tacos after everyone else had finished eating. I got one drink refill my wife never got hers refilled or a straw after asking several times. I’m a long time customer been coming here since 2001 when they first opened but I won’t be coming back. My wife called the manager shortly after we left to tell about the verbal confrontation in the parking lot with multiple other customers hearing the waitress chasing me down. I was told she was too busy to talk to me about it and would call me back. It’s been a day now and still no response from management. There is bunch of other Mexican restaurants near here that would like my business and bring my order as ordered. The staff can not. Speak enough English . Their food comes out OK but our plates still had soap substance. We tried our best to tell the ass's. Repeatly . Also when they say kids eat free the waitress could not speak but few words of English. Kids can eat any meal on main menu. Not the child's menu. I ordered the nachos with steak shrimp and chicken only thing is it had more green peppers and onions than anything I choked on one of the onions because it still had the of the onion on it I would never go back to this place very unprofessional rude if they come to America they need to learn our language they're getting our money the customer comes first yes I am upset the Fat Bastard that runs the place couldn't speak a damn word of English my whole family were slick I could not go to school the next day so what does that tell you do not go to Mexico City Grill just saying people Amazon is a much better and there is a place on Franklin Road that is even better they have a nice nacho carbon there .
