Tiffany Lawn & Garden Supply, Inc. — Local services in Indianapolis

I love the Tiffany Lawn and Garden on the north side. I drove down here, looking for a specific product that the north side location was stocked here.

First, I wandered the years for 15 mins with no help. The yard guys at the north side are great. I had to go inside here to get help. And then you'd think I was an interruption to whatever they had been doing as they seemed irritated I was asking for anything.

I had the yard guy drop a pallet, and I hand picked most of my stones. He was great, once called by the office team, with getting the big ones.

The product I picked was charged as a "sq ft" price, even though it was dimensional stone. They had a "formula" for converting weight to sq ft. It had to have been a scam, because similar stone which would have cost a few hundred dollars ended up costing almost $750. (This year, on their website, the product is now sold by the lb, not square feet) Pretty sure I got screwed.

I set up delivery for a few days later. As this was a project I had hoped to do on some vacation days, I was excited to get started (purchased Monday, delivery set for Wednesday)

Wednesday came. No delivery. At 4pm I called Tiffany. They called their delivery company--I guess the guy ran out of time. He's delivery next morning. Sorry. (They outsource delivery it seems)

Next morning came and went. Called again. Delivery company doesn't do deliveries on Thursday, so it would be Friday. Delivery is $150. I complained, and Rusty? Randy? said he'd look into a credit and would call me back. Nothing.

Delivery / Customer Service The quality of the product our first year using Tiffany Lawn & Garden Supply, Inc. was good and our overall experience led us to use Tiffany Lawn & Garden Supply, Inc. a second season. After our experience this year, I cannot say that there will be a third season though. We used a coupon for delivery that states "Anytime delivery"; however, we were led to believe that the 5 yards of AAA mulch would be delivered sometime in the morning at the time of sale. When my wife called around 11:30 AM to find out an estimated time of delivery so we could plan accordingly, she was told that we were "next on the list." Around 1:00 PM, I called to find out why the delivery hadn't occurred and I was told that "Anytime delivery" meant any time before 5:00 PM. After receiving a return call from the Manager, he basically pointed to the language on the coupon and said that we should not expect the mulch to be delivered before 3:00 PM and that it could be delivered as late as 5:00 PM. At this time, I cannot speak to the quality of the mulch since I haven't seen it yet, but I can speak to the quality of the customer service and I am less than impressed. It would have been nice to have spoken with a manager that at least pretended to want to know why we were led to believe that the delivery would occur much...

Okay so here's the deal this place never lets me down. They've always got what we need they leave a skid out for us and the moment its gone there's another one in its place. And when you work for a company like I do over at swanco basement and crawl space repair with the multiple crews that we have going and picking up different amounts of materials at any time, keeping our company moving is vital. Tiffany makes that happen. It's not even a bad thing that I have to say that is the only downfall here. Some days they just get so busy getting one of the guys to be able to load you quickly is nearly impossible you might be two or three trucks back in line and say you got a full skid to load well you might just have to load it by hand if you want to make your boss happy and get it done in less than 5 minutes in and out but hey if you got 5 to 10 to wait for a skidsteer they'll load you right up and you'll be out of there quick...
