This store does not care about the costumer, once the items are bought and out of the store they are finished with you. I bought some furniture from this store and the guys that brought it there could not bring it in my home properly. I had to pay someone to get it in my kitchen. The bed I got was not put together properly and when I showed her the couch which had marks on it and scratches and when she asked me to send her pictures she never responded back.I told her she was very unprofessional for not getting back with me about something that I had purchased from her store . That let me know that she didn't care. I told her that when I went there one day to show her the slats that came from under the bed and how the screws were put in incorrectly , the owner told me,"they came in that way" and I saw those guys putting those screws in. I told her it was fine, because I knew that I would be coming back to buy anything else. I absolutely hate the couch because it is cheaply made and very uncomfortably and so is the bed. I am advising everyone, Don't waste your time or your money on that cheap junk. I will not be spending anymore of my hard earn money in a store that doesn't care about me and the stuff ain't worth what I paid for it...

I like the new store. I recently bought a winix air system that cost me $160. Get it home and out of the box and it does not come on at all. We called the store and they told me to come on back with no hesitation. I was given the option to swap it out but I did not see anything comparable so I was issued a full refund. Next time I’ll make sure to plug electrical items in before I buy and leave the store! Great...
