Fantasy Springs is a venue attached to the casino of the same name. There is an outdoor stage that seems open but mainly this refers to the indoor events center. Itâs modeled after a small arena with a layout of six floor sections and then bleacher seats on the sides of venue. IMO, the floor seats are only good if you can be in front three sections as back sections are pretty far from the stage. Side bleachers near the stage offer good views if close enough. Whatâs good: small enough to not be a major arena but bigger for touring acts. Concession lines went fast. Red wine options included a choice of Cabernet, Pinot, and Merlot. Bathrooms were clean. Whatâs bad: bottles of water are small. Bleachers are not steady making whole rows move if youâre dancing and difficult to get up stairs. Bleachers also felt unsafe, like they could collapse. Venue seems like a high school gym. Chairs were falling apart. No signs allowed in crowd for bands (bummer). Rude security staff. No signs showing where to go for ride share pick up.
I can say Iâve been, and I donât know if I...
Read moreWe went to a fantastic Chicago concert here at the Fantasy Springs Event Center! They played all the hits, and it brought back all the memories of growing up. Everyone in attendance was middle-aged or older. All felt like a kid again. I give this Event Center 4 stars because they brought in a world-class band for a great ticket price of only 99 dollars which included good seats on the floor in the front section. The sound, lighting, and overhead screens were outstanding! However, my only complaint was the parking and finding the actual event center on the grounds. I really think they need to fix this problem. The parking was so disorganized; it was crazy! There were absolutely no signs pointing you in the direction of the concert, not one! We had no idea how to find the center. There should have been signs with arrows placed all around the property to point people in the right direction. Of course, we eventually found it, but that was after wandering around aimlessly asking anyone where we could find the concert. It turned out to be...
Read moreCOZY VENUE w/ NICE VIEWS! Overall, I had a good experience here, my family and I came to see a regional Mexican band called Intocable and it was a pretty tame experience. Security was on top of everyone and we felt safe! I was astonished that very few bad apples came in. The seats are comfy and provide a good cushion for your rump. However, be aware that some of the seats are broken. My dad got a broken seat and had an uncomfortable experience for the first half of the concert. Thankfully, he approached a gentleman about the issue and maintenance came to fix it immediately! The guy who came was friendly and efficient. I was also disappointed that the concessions were NOT open. Only the bar was open and that was kind of sucky as I didn't have an option for snacks or non-alcoholic beverages. The bar was pretty calm, staff were vigilant, polite and serious. I'd return to this venue, the outside is really modern and it's super close to several entrances to the Fantasy Springs casino/resort. We also found that there was plenty of parking but...
