Dinner was opened from 4-9 PM, arrived @ 4:05 PM, on a Friday absolutely no line/people whatsoever. Was seated by nice polite waiter who took our drink orders (2 decaf coffees), and water. Started with the salad bar mixed salad greens a little limp, went off to find sliced red onion around the corner with salmon and fixing but with no serving utensils?, asked a employee going by she brought out serving utensils. Went to get some rolls (I love bread/rolls) tried the pretzel bun roll, chibata roll, and 2 additional rolls in in another basket ALL COLD/HARD, my husband tapped one on his plate said he could chip a tooth with it. Next coffee was med warm, good but could have been "real good" if it had been hot! My favorite at a buffet is fried shrimp, or coconut shrimp I could eat a plate full. NOT THIS SHRIMP, it was OLD, CHEWY, GREASY. Was all the buffet food left over from hours of breakfast /lunch session? Did we come at the wrong time for Dinner? Does the kitchen not monitor temps and time guidelines? The cook was sawing away on the prime rib (dull knife?) and it was tough and bland even with au jus. The chicken fajitas shreds what little there was of it in the tray old/cold chewy. The meat ball with Italian red sauce awful, same for the cheese stuffed manicotti pasta. The 2 Pizzas oh my gosh, old flat limp dough, pepperoni and I think it was vegetable, YUCK. The Mexican food from the pork Chile Verde to the enchiladas to the rice. I love lamb chops but not these cold weird sauced ones. Chinese sweet sour chicken old/cold. When I say the food was old, to be specific food sitting too long in tray (over cooked/warmed). I could go one and on about the food but too sum it up I couldn't finish more than a bite at that on some items and I kept trying to find some food I could fill up on. Dessert I love rice crispy squares how in the world can they be stale, but they were. Poor selection of cookies and desserts. The topper, throughout the meal we had to listen to blaring rock music riffs while the band warming up went through sound checks. Our original waiter disappeared and finally I flagged down another server for Hot coffee he brought it hot with a foam on top? He filled our requests another two times each time calling my husband "Boss" what was that all about do employees not even know how to address the customers with Sir or Mama. Cold, or over warmed, tough, canned, freezer/refrig tasting, stale/hard, food...

Read moreWe go to this buffet quite often but I will not ever return here again. The service is always great and staff is friendly but last night, my bf and I were eating here. I started with a salad and then went back to the "Mexican food" area for some jalapenos and there was a cockroach crawling along the side of the rice!! At first, I thought it was a fly, so I waved my hand to make it go away but I soon realized it was definitely not a fly. I looked over to the right and there was another one crawling up the counter. I rushed back to our table to tell my bf that there were roaches on the food!! He wanted to see for himself so I took him back to where I saw them but they weren't there anymore. We walked around and sure enough, as we were standing in front of the chocolate fountain, a roach was crawling on the floor towards the counter. I felt so sick to my stomach. I asked for a manager and explained what I saw. She did not seem shocked to say the least. She apologized multiple times and said thank you for letting me know where you saw them. She also offered us a free meal for next time. I told her we would absolutely never eat here again and wanted our money back. She refunded us without incident. Did it matter where we saw them? They were roaches, if I saw 3 within 15 minutes of being there then they are everywhere!! She should have asked everyone to leave and refunded them and fumigated immediately. There was obviously an active roach infestation. I now wish I would have taken pictures but I was so disgusted and just wanted to get out of there. I have since contacted the casino via email and waiting for a reply. I was and still am so...
