Recreation Lanes — Local services in Iron Mountain

Might be okay for a small birthday party but I called weeks in advance for my birthday party of 20 we had to wait like 30-40mins to get to our lanes but then when it came to our time to leave we were being rushed out!! We were shorted 15mins at that you only get a portion of what their website says you'll get and when you ask for the things your paying for you get treated as if your asking for free stuff you barely got our pizzas for the party and we got the highest party package you could get we missed a kid when setting up the players again we had 21 bowlers the guy was upset that we couldn't figure out how to add the other kid and instead of walking down there and helping would rather just be upset when I asked for the ice cream that comes with the package Im paying for I was told yes but most people don't get it because they've had enough other stuff!! 21 bowlers and 5 pitchers of soda to them was unbelievable never will be doing a birthday party here again even workers say they shouldn't be doing birthday parties I couldn't agree more!!! Also add in even through it all we still stayed 100% nice and respectful just learned we'll never do that again definitely need to just stop doing...

Vary bad experience all week I had a guy fly over an Yell rudly at me once for not moving the ramp over after my kids used it and another for using a ball to get another one to go down the lane I did not know not one time was he nice snaped eveytime then tonight my autistic son was acting out so I had to get on to him about it this lady comes over snaping at me saying we had several complaints on you two you need to stop or get out I said see to my son she said it's you I said it's not I have to get on to my son kids like him have melt downs I then said Keith you need to stop she's like no it's you also and keep telling me to stop or leave I had to finally say im calming my kid down that's all I can do now let me correct my son she don't know how to deal with disability children they...

Our company had an employee meeting/Bowling event and it was a relaxed and fun time! My Pizza was outstanding and Joe was an outstanding Host! You must try the Pizza from the Curious Pig! A year later and we stop for the 2nd time on our Snowmobiles! This place just keeps getting better! They had 4 Birthday Parties going at the same time! 2 of us walk in and Lindsey says come around the bar and sit over there.
