Our favorite ice cream place in Iron Mountain. It has about 30 flavors of Jilbert ice cream. They offer some amazing flavors. If you’re looking to just have a cup of ice cream, they off “baby” cups and “small” cups”. They put an over amount in school like two scoops in each - really big. You have to eat it kinda fast before it drips on you because it over hangs the cups. The prices are amazing low. It might be because I’m from Seattle and the prices are really high, but here, I’ve cream at $3.95 is amazing. Great floats, cones, banana splits. Try this place out. It is a red building with cows in it. Tables outside to eat your sweet treats at as well. Enjoy!!

This is an obligatory stop on our annual trek to (or from) the Keweenaw Penninsula. The restroom is always clean (as is the store), and the Jilbert's Ice Cream is always good. I get a milkshake for the road ahead, and it's always gone too soon. Sometimes (especially if travelling with grandchildren) we'll legstretch/unwind a little longer in their little picnic area before mounting up for The Road Ahead. Over the years, we've stopped at Wausaukee and Crystal Falls for ice cream on the road trip as well in order to compare, but found that this Iron Mountain stop is the best.

Awesome choice of ice cream here. So many flavors to choose from. Very bright and clean inside. Staff is friendly and professional. There are a couple of picnic tables outside to hang out and eat your ice cream. We were here on a weekday and it was not that crowded. There was plenty of parking.

This is a great place! Lots of fresh and packed ice cream flavors. Always a friendly staff. We wish they'd stayed open year-round. They have competition but it's not as good as the original ice cream station. We will always give our business to them. Others continue to enjoy the ice cream station. Very fast service. Great tasting ice cream. Convenient outdoor seating. Wish they'd stayed open for sure. Clean and sanitize but stillwater warm...
