Use to be my favorite place to have my child's birthday party until today. Went to pay for our party room and pay for a couple rounds of laser tag guy cheated us out of money and had to go say something about it. Next he didn't enter our laser tag stuff in correctly and when we went down to the spot to play the younger guy working the kiosk told us we could only have 6 people play first round of laser tag due to 2 of the vests being out of service. I said that's fine we can switch out 2 people first round and have 2 people play second round after he tried rushing us in when we were trying to get the money situation resolved. He then said we couldnt do that and only 2 people could play last round, I said no we're not going in yet until this gets resolved and why are we only allowed 2 people the second round? Can't we just switch people out? He acted very rude over us asking if we could do that and said you're just gonna have to pay for more if that's what u wana do. I said we already did? He said well thats not how it says on the receipt and if you wana play it youre gonna have to pay it instead of just simply telling us the guy must have not entered all of our stuff in correctly. No big deal guy at counter didn't fix it correctly. He then says well go ahead and play this round and pay after we said ok and went to proceed with switching 2 people out and playing the second round. My mother said he kept hounding asking who was going to go pay multiple times after saying we could finish out second game.. like dude seriously we're gonna pay we're not that type of people.. so my step dad went to go pay to shut this guy up and he still proceeded to follow him to make sure he paid while the rest of the party was setting down there? When also they have a sign stating on Sundays parents play free with kids when my mom asked about it he and before she could even finish he spoke up and said i know what youre gonna say and said don't worry about that. . And while she was still talking walked away.. very unprofessional and if youre gonna tell people not to worry about a sign you have posted right above the laser tag room then why is it up? If you wana get cheated out of money have people act like they dont comprehend what youre saying to them then get mad and just tell you whatever and have rude service for your friends and family this is your...

I like this place. Nothing fancy but my lil family come for bowling and the pool table a lot. The owner and staff are great. The one issue, which is a major one, is there are a large group of teenagers that have made countless nights there absolutely miserable. Their nonstop cussing, yelling, chasing eachother around the pool table we are on, making out, taking our table with my purse and our drinks on it while i was shooting, etc. They were midst a 1 full minute long screaming contest when I asked them politely if they would please not yell, even telling them I dont mind noise just plz no yelling because theres a lot of you in this tiny room and we are trying to shoot, they said " sorry sure." I thanked them. The second I bent over to shoot a ball, the girl with the toboggan yelled out and everyone followed suit. I ignored it. They kept doing it. They were also talking smack about me so I could hear it clearly over the noise. Then they all started making barnyard animal noises. I ignored. Then since THAT didnt get a rise out of me they went back to a screaming contest. I said " You know guys, we rarely have a babysitter and we just wanted to have a good time without this kind of childish nonsense. I even said I dont care if you are noisy, just not to yell. So i dont know why you're doing this." They all started snorting like pigs at me and would not stop for a very long time until I walked out to tell management. About 6-8 of them are always there. And 2 of the older boys also tried to bully us off the table on 2 different occasions even tho we were on our first game and had quarters lined up for 2 more. We never stay more than 3 games because we dont want to hog it but they were not happy about it, and hovered over us trying to hurry our game and make us uncomfortable. We are not pros so it takes a bit for us. But we drive 20 mins just to play pool and its become a nightmare everytime. Ive never had to complain in public about peoples behavior before. But im telling you, these are the most disrespectful teens Ive ever seen. Bragging about sneaking alcohol and being drunk, F-bomb every other word around much smaller kids, throwing trash(i cleaned it all up), heathens. Had fun skating with my family. The place is dated and and needs major renovation. They ran out of me and my wife skate sizes and all the skates have seen better days. The rink itself appears to be converted from old bowling lanes. It’s small with a plywood base and a coating over the top. Some of the plywood is showing through and there are chips and divets in the rink floor. The carpet appears to be from the late 80s to early 90’s and needs updated as well. The staff is lacking with no floor monitoring and some one playing double role as DJ every now and then. Rules for the rink seem not to apply and it’s chaos on the rink floor. With a little money put into updating and staff this could be a better place. Just seems slapped together and all...
