Fixed my mom's broken Ipad screen quick, but I wasn't pleased with the way I was treated. I went into the shop, asked about getting my mom's broken screen fixed. He said they had ordered a new screen and when it come in they would call me. I told them I would bring it in on Wednesday, but to call when the screen come in. They gave me a work order so they wouldn't sale the screen to anyone else. Wednesday come and I called and asked if the screen was in, they said yes it was to have someone bring the Ipad in so they could fix it. My mom and my daughter took the ipad to them and they said they didn't have a screen for it. My mom called me and let me talk to the man she was talking to. He was clueless and said he would have Greg call me when he got back from a call. Greg called said the screen had come in on Monday and another ipad air come in with a broken screen so they fixed his instead of my mom's and ordered a new screen and it should be in by Friday. Matt and Greg have always showed me the best service possible they have always been able to recover my data when everyone else that had worked on my computer always erased everything and had to use recovery disk. They have even helped me by talking me through my problems. I would highly recommend them to work on any of my computers and I am sure they would give excellent service for a new computer.
