Element's EMC Laboratory has seamlessly continued a great legacy originally derived from the excellent service and business ethics previously established when it was NorthWest EMC. This lab with it's manager Victor Ratinoff, his staff, and this facility remains in my experience, interactions, and observations, to be one of the finest anyone could ask for - and this is offered based on my career experience of over 50 years in EMC systems design.

When something surfaces in new regulations, as may occur with the policies of agencies such as the FDA, Victor is almost certainly "in the know" of the issues involved to keep his customers informed when asked.

Excellent service here. In my career I’ve tested at many test houses and I even manage my own internal test lab. The team at element has never provided me with no less then perfect support. This is truly a team of professionals from the time you walk in and greeted at the door till the end. Management has also always made themselves readily available in brainstorming next step situations. Test engineers are very well trained and knowledgeable on the standards requirement. In addition to their great staff, they also develop their own software to run specific tests. This is key in accuracy and time saving as you do not have to wait long between steps (software settling time) as you would with off the shelf software. That time is a large multiplier.
