My family member had an absolutely horrendous experience at this nail salon, and I'm writing this review to warn others. The manager's behavior was completely unacceptable. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and, most importantly, she didn't listen to a single word my family member said. It was like talking to a brick wall. Not only did she ignore their requests, but she shockingly yelled at them. This was supposed to be a relaxing outing for a group of us, but the manager's appalling attitude ruined the entire experience. To see a business owner treat a customer with such disrespect, especially when they clearly weren't being heard, is beyond comprehension. I am deeply disappointed and strongly advise anyone considering this salon to look elsewhere. Save yourself and your family the frustration and avoid this place...

I came here for a full set of acrylics, and the lady that was doing my nails was very nice, but the acrylic was super thin and the gel polish didn’t even cover all of the nail. After about 5 days 2 of my nails fell . After a weeks another nail fell and another one was about to fall. I came back in a weekend and asked for repair. she ( linh) was told me they are super busy and you have to come back in week and talk to manager for repair 🙄 Really? This may be a rare situation, where my experience did not match the high ratings this salon had. I hope that is the case. I was treated kindly by the staff, but the work was of very poor quality. I only wanted a simple pedicure (no polish) and was charged $40....I also wanted gel nail polish ($45), but the design I showed them was NOT what I was given. The polish was not applied evenly and not even up to my cuticle on some nails, the glitter was clumped over a french manicure, no hang nail/cuticle trim done, my nails were filed at different angles, and the gel itself was thin in some spots and THICK in other spots.
