Starbucks — Restaurant in Irvine

I order here a lot because it’s the closest starbucks to me and everytime I go there is this worker who gives me SO much attitude. Today I was asking her if I could use my stars for rewards for a free drink and she didn’t respond nor look at me, so I thought she didn’t hear me because she makes me repeat everything I say. When I was about to pay, I asked if I can use my stars and she said “I heard you the first time” with a really rude tone and that’s not the way to treat a customer. If she heard me the first time she should’ve responded. I’m probably not going to order from this starbucks in a long time because she has been giving me attitude since the day she worked there. Although located in a nice shopping center, the friendly attitude of the staff was not here. I walked in and the two baristas were having a discussion looking at a clipboard. I gave them a minute or two and waited to be acknowledged… I finally approached the counter and said good morning first. I asked for a drip roast and she stared at me assuming I would tell her the size (mind you I was using my star rewards so I was not sure what size it was valid for). Better attitude next...

Worst service ever. The blonde lady who was the only one working at the time, messed up my drink. It tasted disgusting and I politely asked her to remake it without so much syrup (I asked for LIGHT syrup originally) and she refused unless I wanted to pay for a new drink because she thought she "gave me what I paid for."
