If I can leave (0) stars I would. What a terrible company. Iâm also a small business owner to and I can understand things/mistakes happen. But itâs how you handle it afterwards dictates the company you really are. Iâm not a first time customer mind you. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago. Yes I know itâs December and itâs the Christmas holiday, but you need to be ready for this as a company. I placed this order paid and received a confirmation email. Two weeks go by and I donât hear nothing. No emails no phone calls. I decide to make a call to company. Mind you Iâm in NY and company is in CA, so I have to call at certain times. I call the number on site for 2 days and all it will do is ring. I then Google search company and find another number. I was then told an item was out of stock. Thatâs fine but my order had 2 vanity on it. I said did you send out the other one!? (Knowing they didnât because the email shows it havenât shipped yet) Women tells me no we havenât. I said well itâs already the 15th and Christmas is in 10 days. She said donât worry you will get a email that we will ship it out. A day goes by no email. I call again, she says yes itâs going out we are a bit busy. I said I really need this before Christmas for my daughter. Another day goes by, I call but this time no answer!! I call the next day after that and what do you know she answer yet again. I tell her I think itâs best if a manager calls me or something because it seems like you canât help me. Mind you nothing being shipped yet!! I deal with FedEx myself in my line of work. I tell her after speaking to FedEx I need a guarantee 2 day shipping itâs already the 19th. She goes on to tell me they donât do that. I even say Iâll pay even though Iâd pay for a client of mine but No. She tells me she will call her shipping department and see what she can do. Itâs showing that they created a label and it coming on the 28th lmao. I said are you not understanding me!!? I need it for Christmas or before which is the 25th. She told me her manager answered âherâ email and will call me. What do you know, NOT a call or email. Itâs now the 20th. I call and another women picks up phone. I have to say she sounded very pleasant and was eager to help. It was 30mins before they close. I was on hold for 35 minutes. I can show my call long on my cell. She picks up the phone and tells me she spoke with shipping and she will do a 2 day shipping that I asked her to do. She even said we have both vanityâs. I said wow youâre going to make 2 small girls very happy this year. I said wow itâs the 20th and it will be great. The next day I see it says due to arrive the 26th lmao. I keep calling the next day no answer. Then again today. The original women picks up and the same story and then blames FedEx. This company is nothing but lairs. I guess you just need to be an influencer to get something done. Yes there is a lot of people saying they are great vanities. I ordered 9 items, many of which are Christmas gifts, on 11/28 and saw that the date of delivery was promised to be between 7-10 business days which was fine with me because that would arrive in plenty of time before Christmas, or so I thought! The window of 10 business days had long passed without even a notification of my order being shipped. I tried contacting the company via email and phone several times with no response! The phone number doesnât even have any type of voicemail message or anything by the way, what kind of company is this?? Super unprofessional! One day I was finally able to reach someone on the phone and they promised that my order would be expedited since it was well past the 7-10 business days. I had to follow up 2 more times after that before I finally got a notification that my order was shipped. I finally receive my order on 12/27 (AFTER Christmas!) and come to find that although the email said all 9 of my items were delivered, I had only received 1/9 of my items! I contact someone on the phone again and they confirm that the warehouse only scanned the one item that was delivered and again they would âexpediteâ the process to get the rest of my 8 items delivered. It is now another week later 01/03 and I have still yet to receive any confirmation that the rest of my 8 items have shipped and I also cannot reach anyone on the phone. The whole time I was fighting this battle by the way, I kept receiving marketing emails from the company stating that âWest Coast order by 12/19 to receive your order by Christmas!â Yeah right! I ordered this for my daughterâs Christmas present as she was extremely excited about having her own makeup vanity. On December 18th, almost 20 days later, I still had NOT received anything regarding my order. I had not yet received a tracking number, an order status update, literally nothing. I reached out to the customer service team on 12/18 via email because their phone number does not even work and their response was âthe item listed below that you ordered is out of stock. it appears there was a glitch in our system which allowed customers to purchase this out of stock product.â And said they can give me a refund. A refund is not solving the problem! A refund is the bare minimum! Anyone can get a refund regardless through their bank if they did not ever recieve the order. This is not solving the issue! Or taking accountability! this also means for 20 days, they did not even reach out to me to let me know that my order couldnât be fulfilled until I reached out to them 20 days later?? Horrible lack of communication, and such an inconvenience! What am I supposed to do with a refund and no Christmas present for my daughter?? I also emailed the customer service team back, asking for the opportunity to get the vanity when it comes back in stock since I got it on sale at a good price and literally no response.
