Today was my first visit to RockOnAV, but it certainly will not be my last!

I guess most folks will order online, but since I was only about 90 minutes away, I decided to drive down, meet Russell, check out the gear, and personally select what I was looking for...an "end game" headphone.

I appreciate that Russell went out of his way to fit in an appointment for me on a weekend! Russell was very helpful in showing me around and getting me set up for a lengthy audition of his very nice collection of headphones. I was able to take my time and select the headphone I wanted without any interruption or pressure. In the end, I found my dream headphone, and Russell got me on my way quickly and efficiently with fantastic gear at an excellent price.

I really appreciate Russell's enthusiastic support, assistance, and very quick responses to all my questions via email before my visit. I'm guessing I emailed him at least a half dozen times and every response was quick and courteous. I will be recommending his shop to all my audiophile friends. I will absolutely be reaching out to Russell first when I have gear I'm looking for in the future. It's great to have a SoCal shop like RockOnAV as my local high-end audio shop.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to share this experience. I’ve had Bowers & Wilkins D803s, and while they were pretty good, I was looking for something that could really take it to the next level. That’s when I found Rock On AV in Irvine. I spoke with Russell, made an appointment, and visited the store.

Russell was extremely helpful he showed me several options, but then he introduced me to a speaker company I had never heard of before: Theory Audio. Honestly, I was blown away. Then he took me into their Pro Audio Technology room for a demo, and I could hardly believe how incredible those speakers sounded. The clarity, power, and depth were unlike anything I’ve ever heard they blew every other speaker brand out of the water.

In the end, I purchased two Theory speakers and an amplifier. I can’t even begin to describe how amazing it sounds in my home now. There’s simply no comparison with my old Bowers & Wilkins Theory Audio is on a whole different level.
