Tropitone Furniture Company — Local services in Irvine

I bought one of their new fire pit tables back in October, 2012. This table is overpriced for what you get. I stepped up because I was sold on how great the company is and that their products are top notch. Unfortunately, my experience with their product and company has been awful. I was told before I purchased the table that it came with the natural gas hookup. I was then told it wasn't available but would be in the following week, then the following month, then another month and then another! Finally got hooked up 4 months later, but the igniter doesn't work (and it never has!). Running this fire pit on propane tanks is cost prohibitive. If you use propane, DO NOT BUY THE TROPITONE FIRE PIT TABLE. I went through a 20 gallon tank every time I used it and it didn't last nearly as long as you'd think. The brilliant flame quickly gets smaller and smaller as it runs until it just drains the tank. I have numerous complaints throughout the process, but the worst are the broken promises and the faulty product which is very pricey. When a customer steps up to pay the high price, the product and company behind it should be held to a higher standard.

I emailed the company, their local representative and even sent them a Facebook message and got no reply for a couple of days, but when they finally replied they offered to fix it (again), but when asked for a discount off of the purchase they said they would give nothing. This company talks out of both sides of their mouth. They say how great they are and how much they value customer satisfaction yet will not do what it takes to satisfy their customers. Nevermind the fire pit table, I wouldn’t buy anything from this group.

53 footers w/sleepers use the Muirlands entrance, 40ft containers and daycabs can do as you like, I am looking out for those that have sleeper berth and not trying to damage their equipment or the property at this location. That has happened in the past per one employee, truckers trying to BLINDSIDE into door #4. There is no room unless you're gonna attempt a BLINDSIDE backing into Door #4 which I was given for outgoing loads. On the building it said SHIPPING but they had me go down to the RECIEVING side to check in, must be something unique about the loads location in this warehouse. Everyone here has been nothing but nice, Roberto will give clear instructions on what they do, tandems to the rear and chock the wheels and turn in your ignition keys for safety. I hope this...

I am finally willing to a family member a tropitone patio/chair set that I have had for over 40 years. It is still in great condition, especially the chairs!! This set has seen so many barbecues, outdoor dinners, lunches and activities I can't even count. I can't believe a product could last this long and still look so good. I never covered it in the rain, although admittedly I live in SoCal, so there has never been that much.
