Thank God for Victor. He saved lives. American has no timely crew for my flight from San Juan to the mainland. I am a medical doctor. I was going to miss patients in AM for serious addictions. Victor at Cape Air asked competitor to get me on their earlier flight to Isla Grande so I could cab to SJU to try to get on the last flight last seat out of Puerto Rico the entire day 7/18/21!!! I'll stay neutral on this airport when it comes to my three star rating number. Small airport that seems to works for what it's made for. Staff is small in size, so the manner on how their day is going. That always seem to reflect on their attitude in how they'll interact with you. Not much with choices for making stops here for items, food or entertainment.

Yet this airport also works and has it's benefits if your in a rush, and just...
