We've used them several times over the years and have been quite pleased with their quality. It'll cost a bit but you can ask them to do a pick up as well. Generally we drop them off. 2019 We tried to contact them a couple times to do some current projects and they never got back to us. We called them back a month or two later and ignored us all together. They are nearing retirement. Just be honest and say we are limiting the amount of work we take in rather than saying we'll get back to you and never reply. Three of my family members got the same response. First it was contact us in three months. So we did. Then they said contact us again in six months. So we did. Then they told us contact us back in four month. Gee I guess you don't want the business. All three of us got the same reply for different furniture pieces we wanted mended. We shall seek else where. It's a shame we've been very happy with this company for years. Read moreWe brought an oversized Ottoman previously purchased from West Elm to have it re-imagined in a smaller size. Not only was it larger than we thought it would be from the catalog, it was not sturdy. To make matters worse West Elm does not allow returns on items they've custom built.
