We have been trying to support Red Mountain Market for nearly 10 years because we value local businesses and appreciate the convenience of having a store close by. Unfortunately, our experiences have been consistently disappointing. Every visit we’ve made, we’ve found expired food on the shelves and in the refrigerators. On multiple occasions, we’ve pointed this out to staff, but the issue continues and the response has always felt indifferent.
Today, we purchased fried onions that turned out to be moldy, which ruined our meal. When we returned the item, we still had to repurchase the other ingredients we had already used. This was the final straw for us.
It’s frustrating to say, but after years of giving this store the benefit of the doubt, we will no longer be shopping here. Food safety and quality control are basic expectations, and Red Mountain Market has consistently...

Usually i dont pay much attention to the checkout price, but today i only bought one item and so it was a lot more noticeable. I bought an arizona. The can said 99 cents. The store price tag says 99 cents. When I checked I thought I heard $1.02, but when I saw the screen $1.52. Now that I'm aware of this I'm gonna start checking their prices closer, cause if this a consistent problem i won't be shopping...
   Read moreI enjoy the little store! I had the most wonderful experience this morning. I went in to get a few things and just look around, found so many great deals and then went past a cooler with whole hubbard squashes. These are the big dog squashes that require an axe and some muscle to open up! I was able to get it for a screamer deal and get this: the awesome customer behind me said he'd buy it for me :) I was able to pay for it myself, but this speaks VOLUMES for the sweet town of Ivins, Utah and RED MOUNTAIN...
