Love the store and the location. Today was the first time I witnessed 2 girls working behind the counter, I believe they were training a new girl. 4 people were standing in line while two of the girls laughed and talked about getting a sugar daddy not caring about those in line. Very unprofessional, doesn't matter what kind of business it is. Definitely setting a bad example for the new trainee. As I was shopping I noticed one of the girls finally tell a customer she could help them but instead of taking the first person in line she took the one that was last in line. I've shopped in this store for several years. Always had a pleasant time. I've spent a lot of money in this store as well. Last weekend I had a very bad and humiliating experience! The manger rejected the $100 bill I gave them for my purchases! They said it was ! "COUNTERFEIT"THEY EMBARRASSED ME AND MY FAMILY! The money came right from the Bank! They were completely in the wrong and took no responsibility for the incident! I verified with the Bank that the money was valid! I am super impressed with the service, courtesy, and help I received at the Ivins Family Dollar. I used a digital coupon that didnt apply to my transaction, after checking my receipt, I went back to the cashier where I expected her to say what countless other cashiers have told me at other stores when trying to use coupons that didnt work, "Sorry, not my problem," but the associate went above and beyond to help me and did everything she could to make it right. I am so thankful and will be sure to shop here in the future. The store was also nicely organized and well stocked....
