This is the worst CVS pharmacy in the area.I have been going to this CVS for years for my family’s medications. Approximately for 10 years now we’ve had multiple prescriptions for a family member sent there have to be filled monthly. For the past 3 years now we have been having numerous issues with them. We would call ahead of time to have them order his medications and then the day his medicines are due, they say that we don’t have the right prescription, that it costs 800$, that they don’t have the medicine so they’ve got to order it, all a bunch of things they could’ve told us when we called days beforehand has been going on so long and each visit it gets worse and we end up in a panic trying to find any other CVS within a 40 mile distance that has his medicine. When they tried to charge us for medicine(even though the insurance said it’s supposed to be covered and they left calls on how it’s supposed to be billed) they lied and said they billed it correctly and tried to charge us 800$ for a pill my family member has been taking for years. Today they claimed we never called ahead about his medicine and therefore They don’t have the time to order his medicine. In reality we had called 4 separate times in the past 4 days about this. My parents are both physicians and they’ve never been treated like this. We also were never getting the messages when our meds were ready UNTIL AFTER we pick them up. The attitude some of the pharmacy techs have as well(except Gloria) is quite upsetting as well because we’ve been dealing with these issues for years with his medicines and the new pharmacy techs will condescend to us that we are wrong until we speak to the pharmacist and insurance and find out we are absolutely correct. There is also incredibly long wait times on their phones as well on different days.We are likely going to switch to another franchise like Walgreens and file a complaint with the...
Read moreNever have a problem with the store, the pharmacy though… pharmacists are always so pleasant the “customer service” girls always have an attitude. There was an issue which I sorted out and waited for them to be available to fix so I could get my prescription, I was not pushy AT ALL as she charged other patients out for their medications. Rachel acted as if I was completely burdening her when another patient suggested she help me because I was waiting for a long time. She rolled her eyes and was so short the entire time we interacted.
I understand that you’re most likely short staffed, like the rest of the world but don’t work in public sector if you’re unable to give a friendly and helpful service. I also work in a customer service job, that is incredibly short staffed and very stressful and I would NEVER behave like this women did. Unfortunately this will be the reason I will not be coming back to fill prescriptions with them, which is a shame because like I said the pharmacists themselves...
Read moreTHE BEST PHARMACY & STORE AROUND !!
I have been looking for a pharmacy closer to our new location but can not come up with one. We drive 12 miles each way. The Pharmacist is very professional and knowledgeable. The staff is very polite and efficient. We pickup many prescriptions and have many questions, at times. YES THEY ARE VERY BUSY WITH COVID but are still as nice and efficient. We can still pickup prescriptions at the window & they have an additional lane just for smaller orders ( a bank type tube). This past year (pandemic) CVS @ Don Conner Blvd has been one place the family has been able to go into and shop. The store is very clean and well stocked. It has been, believe it or not, the only store 2 of my family members have been able to go to and they looked forward to the outing. Thank you for your very pleasant...
