J.Crew Factory — Local services in Jackson Township

I didn't have a good experience at this particular j crew. The store wasn't busy, a Sunday morning around 11 am. I passed by 3 employees three different times and not one of them acknowledged me. They did acknowledge two other customers. I literally tried on 2 pairs of pants to want to purchase them, but not one of the employees wanted to assist me. It's the first time a j crew store has been so pervasive at avoiding to speaking to me..not even a hello, even though I made eye contact with 2 employees. I can only assume the worse for their behavior...I can't say it here, but you can figure it out. Nonetheless I put the pants back and left. Heed this warning, shop elsewhere. Don't reward bad behavior with giving them...

Staff not honorable! Just this evening, even after confirming with the manager about the price listed and making sure with him that the price listed are correct for the shirts..when paying they wanted to charge 3 times. Only two people working and they don't want to honor the price which they confirmed are correct and listed with a pretty good sign.
