DH Appliances 4 Less — Local services in Jackson Township

We purchased an LG washer/dryer tower from DH Appliances 4 Less, trusting their website’s claim that “ALL APPLIANCES FROM OUR LOCATION ARE NOT ONLY THOROUGHLY TESTED BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE, THEY EACH COME WITH 1 YEAR FREE CPS WARRANTY.” He even told me that the only damage to the appliance was a small dent on the side, which he pointed out. Unfortunately, this turned out to be false. The appliance they delivered and installed was faulty and flooded our home, causing over $100,000 in damage. The owner, Andy Han, came to our house and we have a video of him promising to reimburse us. We asked about going through insurance, he said he would pay out of pocket. He quickly took the washer/dryer back, assuring us he would follow up once we assessed the damage. But we even had to dispute the charge through our credit card just to get a refund. One year later and numerous attempts to contact him and after hiring a lawyer at our expense, there has been no follow-up or any reimbursement from him. Unbelievably friendly, helpful and well organized! Saved hundreds on a brand new washer and dryer with minor scuffs or dents! Seriously they look brand new with maybe a tiny dent or scratch, who cares it's not like anyone needs to show off how perfect their washer or dryer looks. Purchased a GE set for just under $900 and that included tax and the parts needed to hook them up! This would have been $1100+ at a name brand store for this set. They even test every unit and offer to wire the plug to the dryer to match your outlet on the wall! I accidently grabbed the wrong plug but I'm sure they will swap it out, I am astounded with the high quality service they provided inside and out! Even the gentlemen loaded them in my truck and strapped them down for me after they wrapped them and protected them for transport! You don't get this amount of knowledge of products, care for customers and savings anywhere else on a new set. Lastly they include a 7 day store warranty and 1 year factory warranty still! Great job and keep up the amazing work!

We bought a brand new washer (In box) and a brand new dryer (out of box) back in the beginning of May. The prices at this store can’t be beat but the customer service is even better! Our dryer all of the sudden started to make a really loud noise. Looking into further we saw that the drum had a small crack in it which was causing the roller to push thru the drum . Needless to say we could no longer use the dryer. I called to see if there was anything they could do to help us and to see what our options were since we did not cause this issue. The manager spoke to my husband and asked him to take a video of what was happening and send it to him. With in 3 hours we had a brand new dryer delivered to us at no cost.! I can’t say enough great things about this place! Their customer service is unbeatable!!!! They will have us as life time customers for sure!!! Run to this store for ALL your appliances!
