I came to this store on Black Friday and when my family and I walked up to the door it was locked but when we looked inside there were customers shopping and there was no line outside. There was an employee right in front of the door that could clearly see we were trying to get in and that we were confused as to why there were customers shopping but the door was locked. The employee, by the name of Amanda completely ignored us. There were no signs on the door communicating to the people standing outside in the cold if the store was open or closed, I donât know if they expected us to read their minds or what. We had been waiting awhile and Amanda began to walk away so my aunt knocked on the door. Amanda turned around and gave us the nasty glare I have ever seen and motioned to us that we are gonna need to wait 30 minutes. The people outside cannot read minds. My daughter and I were in the front of the store for almost 10 minutes and was never greeted by staff. As another customer was leaving the store the alarm sound and a staff member (who I thought was a customer) walked past us to tend to that customer. She looked at us and still did not greet us. My daughter left my side to look at jewelry and another staff member (still not greeting us) with urgency signals to someone behind the register asking her if she didn't think she should watch the door. One was an older lady standing behind the cash register while the other young lady was assisting what presumed to be a couple and their children on the sales floor. I walked around the store to take a glance of the merchandise on display. Throughout the few minutes I browsed the store I didnât get at least a âcan I help you with anythingâ, Is their something youâre looking forâ nor a simple âhelloâ.
