Went here hoping to find a 65inch TV or better. Seen one the day before at another pawn shop but when I returned it was sold already. So I walks in and sure enough the same TV ion 65inch. The guy was hooking it up. I asked was it for sale he said yes that he was just bringing it out. So I said I'll take it and that he could bring it to the counter while I looked around some more. So I could hear talk in the background about the TV. Like I didn't get a chance to hook it up etc. Then I see the two employees talking. Then the guy walks up and say man I can't sell you that TV because someone put down on it. If you just brought it from the back how can someone put down on it. Mr Robert, Mr Will and Ms Cami really made my experience comfortable. Excellent customer service and courtesy was over the top. Mr Robert and Mr Will took time out to go over and beyond to look for the product that I was inquiring about. Mr Robert even plugged up the AC unit showed me how to operate, clean the unit and helped me look for other merchandises. I will definitely be back soon and hope to see Mr. Robert and Mr. Will.
