I normally don’t write reviews. But I am very upset with the owner Nisha because I brought my daughter up to the shop to get her hair colored. Her hair was to be colored ginger and she left the shop with orange hair (after being at the shop for 6 hrs). The owner of the shop told me to come back, so she can do the correct color on her hair. I was fine with that, but my daughter’s birthday was coming up, so she wasn’t able to come in to get the color right away because she was getting an install for her birthday . A month later, when time was allowed for me to bring her back up to the shop, the hairstylist was not available. So when there was an opening on her schedule, she told me to book under the hair color appointment and basically told me I had to pay to get her hair recolored. When I already paid $200 for her to color my daughter’s hair And she didn’t even color it, how it was supposed to be. So we’re going back-and-forth through messenger and I told her that it’s not right, that I have to pay another $200 to correct the color for my daughters hair, when she didn’t even do the right color from the beginning . So she later blocks me and this is why I came to write a review. Don’t get any services here! I just wasted money for a service that...

This was my first time coming to this shop ,I paid 70 dollars extra for a Sunday service, complimented by the price to do my big chop. This shop was clean and beautiful in the inside. When I went for the Sunday VIP service, I was the only customer inside and their was only one stylist(who I believe was the owner, I could be wrong). When we began she was on the phone, when we finished she was on the phone. As a first time customer coming to get a BIG CHOP done this didn't make me feel secured and focused on. I showed her two examples of the style I wanted, the photos where still length on the top and sides. Once I was finished getting my haircut the sides where no longer than inch, and the top was decently still long. Instead of finger coils or a possible twist out, it was styled with mouse and a "curl defining comb", which didn't do much curling considering my hair texture in course and tight. The finished product wasn't close to what I showed in the pictures. This was very disappointing. Although the ending was not what was expected or asked for, I found a way to put my own twist on it to make it into something I love. I would say to be direct and don't be afraid to emphasize on exactly what you want when it comes to something as sentimental...

This was my first experience with this salon. When I first walked in, it was a very unprofessional environment for a start. My desire color was a copper/ ginger color, it ended up being a blond ish orange color instead. She insisted she could change it then and there but the products she was using “wasn’t working”. She told my mother and I that we could reschedule and come back at a later date. While in the process of doing that, everyone was busy on both ends. My mom then asked her if she was available sometime in December and she said my mom would have to pay when she is the one that didn’t get the color right in the first place. She lied and said she told us it had to be done in the next 2 weeks which wasn’t the case at all. She proceeds to block my mother and I because she knew she was wrong.
