Absolutely disgusting!!! The staff is rude, very poor customer service skills. The manger on duty was to busy outside smoking, talking on his cellphone, texting, and then playing around with employees rather than help. We waited 47 minutes for our very basic order. It took over five minutes just to order because all the employees are running around rather than placed at Specific tasks/jobs or positions. Young lady taking orders is putting orders together for the lobby and drive though, is in the back making things all the while there seven people in the lobby waiting to order and a handful of people waiting to get orders. On top of having to wait 47 minutes for our vary horrible meal, I asked for ranch dipping sauce which was thrown in the bag so hard that it punctured each sauce so there was ranch all over the bag, the boxes everything. My husband ordered wings, which were old and stale and unbelievably cold. As always, the soda machine is out of carbination and syurp, the tea is ridiculously old so much to the point its unsafe to drink. And theres no point in asking an employee or manager to fill cups on the other machine in the back because you get attitude and then an extremely overfilled cup that is now sticky. Literally no point in telling ANYONE that the soda machine is low because nothing ever gets done about it, you just end up standing there, with youre empty cup, looking stupid waiting on something that will not get done. On top of all this, the lobby is absolutely beyond disgusting!!! There's multiple spills on the lobby floor, no one cleaning them, the wet floor signs were placed feet away from the actual spills. I myself who just had surgery this morning almost slipped. Since the puddles are drying the floor is ungodly sticky. Every single table has some type of dirt, crumbs, trash, random things left by Previous people. It was absolutely horrible. The most worst decision I made in choosing Popeyes as my first meal in days post surgery. Literally never want to eat again. Make sure you walk in or drive thru with the lowest standards possible and expect nasty teenage attitude from employees, unbelievably uncaring, unprofessional mangers, expect no problems that may come up to be resolved what so ever, and don't forget to expect cold, old, stale, overcooked,...
Read moreWe walked in as a group of 5 (NJROTC of a highschool coming in for food after a competition) and the first thing we see is people waiting by the counter. No one really helped them and theyve been there for 20 to pickup an order placed beforehand (they werent even busy). The next thing we see before getting help from the lady taking our order was a guy that walked in (seemed like the manager?) who smelled like STRONG weed). It was weird because the entire store of employees weren't sure how to do tax exempt? To be honest, not even sure if we got that military discount. The lady took our order and we waited over an hour for our food. We got up to ask plenty of times of how long the order was going to take (we ordered 5 of the 3pc tender combos) and she kept telling us "5 mins" or "3 mins" but ended up with no update on our order. This took over an hour until we received our order. Appreciate the freebies that we received to compensate for the time. Our meal lacked sauces and fries and we had to ask for them even though we had asked for them while we ordered. The color of the chicken was off, seemed a bit white? The batter didn't have flavor and didn't crunch at all, at least it was hot. I'm assuming there was too much baking powder being put into the batter? Overall, never going there again. Especially for a meal after competition when we are all hungry. Environment wise, the place was not clean. We sat down and I immediately spy a spider web on one of the tables. The manager also picked up one of the chickens from the batch of tenders that just came out and started eating that in the kitchen. Not sanitary or clean, people and...
Read moreFirst off $15.00 for three chicken tenders is crazy. Secondly after I paid I was asked to pull up because there would be a 5 minute wait on my tenders. I didn't have an issue with that, I thought well at least they will be fresh. 5 minutes turned into 20. When I first ordered there were no other cars in the parking lot or drive-thru. I was the only customer so I don't know what took so long. After about 15 minutes into my waiting three other cars pulled into the drive-thru behind me. The one directly behind me was asked to pull up as well. After another 5 minutes a cashier came outside with an order and stopped at my car and told me it would be 5 minutes for tenders. I informed her I had already been waiting 25 minutes. She said "yeah sorry", shrugged and walked off to hand the car behind me their order. Another 10 minutes passed and the other cars just pulled off. I don't know if they ever received service. I got out of my car to go into the lobby to ask for a refund and was met with "Oh your food is ready now." I checked the bag, they didn't give me any of the condiments I requested at the window so I had to ask for them again. After I left and finally bit into the chicken, I was expecting it to be hotter since it was supposedly cooked fresh. I was also disgusted to find several gray pieces in the chicken. I bit into another piece and it was the same thing- large areas of gray. I spit every piece out and trashed the meal. Gray chicken is usually a sign of old chicken that is spoiled or about to be spoiled. So not only did I waste $15.00 and 35 minutes of my life, I now have to hope I don't end up with...
