@ Pags - I agree w/ you 100% that this "salon" has been putting their own positive feedback on this site. @ Mark - It is impossible for you to have been going to this "salon" for a very long time and getting a haircut by Daniel because he has only been there a few months and came from the Walmart hair salon on Beach and Southside Blvd..I previously wrote a review on this awful so-called "salon" myself. I will now add on to my previous rating to let EVERYONE know how much worse this became after my trip there. I called this place after the fact to talk to the manager about the service. The OWNER himself admitted that Daniel is rude to customers at times!! Not only is Daniel RUDE but he also is a THIEF!! The bottle of Keratin spray that he sold me for $38.00 is not only $18.00 online but ONLY $26.00 in the salon itself!! The owner of this "salon" did offer to refund the difference that Daniel knowningly stole from me and said he would let the staff know to make sure they know the prices of the products. A REAL salon has the prices on the products already. So, I can completely see how Jen (below) was ripped off because it appears that is how this place operates. The owner took my number and said he would have Daniel call back but apparently Daniel isn't a man because he never called back! Back at Mark (below) - WHY WOULD ANYONE GO BACK TO THIS PLACE IF THEY WEREN'T SATISFIED? I DON'T SEE ANYONE EXCEPT FOR THE FAKES ON HERE PRETENDING TO BE CUSTOMERS SAYING THEIR GOING BACK....I actually was refunded the entire amount I paid from Groupon for both treatments and would NEVER return to this place. I prefer places who don't steal from me, aren't rude, don't make their customers feel uncomfortable and don't make rude comments. I highly recommend this place get rid of Daniel or their business will be shut down. All the negative comments on here seem to be about Daniel - He is the only person I met at this place and fits the tall and rude...
Read moreGreat, welcoming office staff and they seem to be great at what seems to be their specialty, weight loss, as many other patients had raving reviews on this while I was waiting in the lobby. However, I was not happy that they they focused on this throughout the two my appointments I had though I never mentioned wanting to lose weight.
However, I went to this doctor as my new PCP for my annual wellness check. My employer offers a monthly discount on my health insurance if I complete a wellness visit each year which I made sure to mention to staff and the doctor both when making my appointment and at the office in order to ensure this visit would qualify before the deadline. However, my visit was billed as diagnostic, leaving me not only will a bill from Quest but also with missing out on the savings I should have had over the course of the subsequent year. I attempted multiple times to resolve this issue with billing and their office, calling no less than 5 times over the following 2 months, however, they never resubmitted any billing codes. I called Quest as well who was super helpful in saying they would push out my due date and send a letter to Alaric health in order to request for the resubmission. However, this did not result in any resolution to my issue either. I am very disappointed at the lack of attention to my requested needs and follow up with a resolution. Additionally, they said they would call me back regarding further treatment due to some of my diagnostic results and never reached back out to say if my insurance would cover their recommended treatment.
Overall, the staff is nice and if you want to lose weight they seem great but would not recommend if you want a PCP or expect to have any...
Read moreI have been there 5 times now to receive botox injections. The first two times I went I did notice a difference but the third time I received the injections it burnt really bad and there was hardly any difference. On my fourth visit I mentioned to the doctor that it hurt last time and asked if something had been different, he said that he had used too much saline solution which had cause a burning feeling. I left thinking to myself that he must be diluting this stuff as much as possible. A few hours after that injection I realize that I see no changes at all, I know that it can take up to 2 weeks to set/settle to see the full effect and I had an appointment set for 2 weeks so would just keep an eye on it and mention it to the doctor if I didn't see any changes. I went for my appointment two weeks later planning to discuss with the doctor that I had no changes at all after my last visit. As I was waiting in the waiting area there were a group of women that had gathered because the doctor was almost an hour and a half late, come to find out that I was not the only one that had not seen any changes. The guy working the front counter overheard the conversation and explained to us that their carrier had not kept that last shipment cooled properly and that was the cause of the issue but that the carrier has taken responsibility and the doctors office was getting some type of repayment, I mentioned to the doctor once he showed up and I was taken back that I had not seen results from the last treatment and how the guy working the desk explained to us what happened but the doctor just reiterated what happened with the shipment and offered nothing, not to redo those injections or my money...
