I have had a membership to this gym for years but I am unable to fully utilize this location because of the fact that the hydro table has not been consistanly operational for over a year now. I suffer from chronic muscle spasms, so I need to work out and also use a hydrotherapy table between this location and the one in Anniston I have been unable to do so without interruption. The only place that I have been able to make it to that has an operational table on a regular basis that is well maintained as Pell city this is 45 minutes from my home. I think it is bad business and poor service for a membership to be paid and for the facility to never be functional as advertised. I have spoke to numerous employees about this matter, and nothing has been repaired or replaced.

Today May 14th, 2025, I have decided to cancel my membership here. I will rejoin with Pell City. Today I came for a 20 minute hydro massage. I was spasming and needed to relax a minute. Since my daughter was home alone I picked her up and brought her with me after getting her some food. She is 15 and I didn't want her left in the parking lot. She came into the room with me only to be removed and told that I can no longer bring visitors. I have never brought one in all my years. But this is petty day. I learned my member benefits have changed with no detailed notice. I have no email! So I will go elsewhere for membership and utilize 24.7 as I do. My daughter is now waiting 20 min in the car. How about you focus on the people who are actually violating and not good customers. I have had rib surgery two times and needed to relax. Well, let's just say that didn't happen. Why would I want to leave my 15 year old daughter sitting up front uncomfortable with a bunch of college age guys, instead of her sitting in a room, patiently, waiting on me to get done. I canceled my membership before I walked out of the door. Thanks

After reading your reply, there's a big difference in sitting in a chair and it being on. It was not on! My daughter was no ridiculous increase in liability. There was no offer made to me. The representative said you all no longer allow members to bring guests as policy, not as option. Nor have I ever seen this...

Anytime Fitness in Jacksonville, Alabama is a sorry business. Recently, I cancelled my contract with them. My cancellation date was through 11 June 2019. On 2 June, I went to get in to workout and I couldn't get in. Today (7 June), I called them about coming in to workout and the representative said I can only workout when the staff is there. I said what? I am supposed to be able to workout anytime until at least 11 June. So, they don't stand behind their advertisement of workout anytime. That is false advertisement. Will lie to you to get you to sign up, then claim that you just didn't understand. The person who signed me up blantely lied to me and told me there was someone available to help me with the initial workout plan and then when I came in to ask about it, no one was available to help. I wasted my money and the owner only wanted to offer 20% off if I paid for a personal trainer instead of a refund for not coming bc I didn't want to get hurt trying to figure out the machines. He offered a refund of 2 months but if he did that it would also cancel my membership. I wanted to continue to come if they made it right but they would rather lose a member than refund 2 months of 29.99. I wish I had just never signed up...
