I wouldn't dare. I went to get lunch for some of our football players because we knew... We were going out of town right after school for the game. First hiccup the written sign on the door about one person working. Obviously, that wasn't the truth. Second hiccup incorrect signs for meals they no longer had. Third hiccup order was incorrect. The boys food was thrown, yes thrown into a Thank you bag, when I got to the school to hand them the boxes. Nope. Just tacos thrown around lettuce and cheese was in the bags. My first step was going back, but the drive thru was long. I took the food back to the school. Told the boys to try to figure out what was theirs. Apologize, to the child that didn't have any food. (Thank cookies I used my own money. But still. But the other players shared with him) Yes, I did call and the MOD explained I wasn't charged for the missing items. But I have no receipt to prove that was correct. I was also told that Taco Bell doesn't give receipts unless you ask. All the photos I did add to my Snapchat. If you search Jacksonville you...
Read moreI gave the company Taco Bell 2 star, not this specific one. When it first opened a few years ago it was terrific, but like all customer service facilities, time makes people complacent and careless. I used the drive-through, so I can’t complain about the service this stop and there were no issues. But have you seen the size of the nacho Bell grande lately?? I don’t know when this happened but it’s the size of a nacho supreme but a dollar more than the grande used to be five years ago. I don’t know when this change took place as I haven’t gotten a bra grande in quite awhile, but Taco Bell is starting to become a bad place to eat for the money. You are better off paying five dollars more per meal and going to a genuine Mexican restaurant. I paid $10 for bel grande meal, YIKES! In picture, I put my own onions on bc they quit doing that too. In the 80’s and 90’s, they used to...
Read moreThis is the worst taco bell I have ever visited. The last 5 times I have gone through their drive thru, I have arrived at home with part of my order missing. Bad thing is, when I go there, I am normally picking food up for 2 elderly neighbors that NO longer drive. How embarrassing to arrive at their homes only to find that the food they ordered was left out. Come people! Get it together! My visit there last Sunday proved no different! I called the manager, Christina, and told her that once again I paid for food I did not receive. Her solution was, " if you come back in, I'll give you twice the amount you ordered free!" Well, it isn't free if you've already paid for it and not gotten it! Last Sunday I was the o my person in the drive thru, and there was one other person in their dining room. Christina proceeded to repeat to me that oversights happen!...
