We purchased a rocker recliner from them in April of 2021. First off when she brought the chair out she had her granddaughter riding in it. Second she barely helped me load it and whined about it the whole time. I have had it for 3 months now and it's already falling apart. I wasted 321.00 on this poorly made piece of furniture. I realize they are the makers, bit as a seller they need to stand behind their merchandise. I was told once I paid for it, they weren't responsible after that. Horrible!
