I would never buy anything from this business. I had a deal with the owner to buy a slightly used boat at the posted price with a 20ft trailer. He told me he had over stock on 24ft trailers that he could put the boat on for a lower cost because he wanted to get rid of them. I told him I needed the smaller 20ft trailer because of storage issues. I agreed to pay $200 more for the smaller trailer. He said everything would be ready and I drove 2 hours to get the boat. When I got there he had the 20ft boat on a ridiculous looking huge 24ft trailer. I asked him what about the 20ft trailer that I agreed to pay more for? He said the conversation 3 hours ago never happen and called me a liar. Why would I bring more money for the smaller trailer that I needed if the conversation never happen? He told me to either take it with the trailer that was 4ft too long or forget it. I said forget it! Prefect example of a bait and switch! Thanks for wasting my time "owner" of...
Read moreDan and the team at Pymatuning Boat Sales are top notch. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in purchasing a new pontoon boat. Dan went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests for installing equipment on the boat, even some equipment that wasn't purchased from him. In fact, he seemed as excited about making it a great fishing and family boat as I was. When it was finally time to put the boat in the water, Dan personally came out and spent hours with me on the boat to make sure that I was comfortable with it and answer all of my questions. It's rare that I've experienced the level of service that I got from everyone in the shop from the first day I walked in just to kick some tires, till my new boat was in the water. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a boat, and I'll be a...
Read moreThank you, Pymatuning Boat Sales. We bought a slightly used pontoon from you about 10 years ago and took it out on the lake on Memorial Day weekend (Saturday, May 28). The engine broke down on our way back into the dock. The biggest problem was that we were scheduled to take the 5th grade class from New Castle Christian Academy out on the boat Wednesday, May 31st for their school outing, and the class had been looking forward to the outing. Monday was a holiday, so the boat showed up unannounced at 9:00 AM Tuesday morning at Pymatuning Boat Sales. I explained what was happening with the motor and why I needed help. The service people jumped in and fixed it right away; many students were ecstatic that they caught their first fish on a boat. It is a day they will always remember. Thank you, thank you, thank...
